We thought we would take a minute to express our gratitude for all that you do.
We’ve been bringing Maggie since you first opened up. It started with one day a week so she could get a little exercise and socialize with other dogs. It seemed like a simple way to give her a better quality of life. Good for us, and good for her.
When we first started bringing Maggie, it was immediately evident that it was the highlight of her week. When we picked her up at the end of the day, she would pass out in the car before we left the parking lot. We’d get her home and she would be in a doggie coma for the next day, completely spent. A very healthy state for a Wheaton. To us, there’s nothing more unfair than depriving a dog of its exercise and the pack experience.
We bumped her up to two days a week since it seemed to be such a healthy experience for her. Before too long, the day after “recovery period” started to get shorter. Once she got into shape we had to bump her up and she is now at a minimum of three days a week. She’s now waiting by the door every morning with a longing look on her face. When we tell her “not today”, she accepts it, but lets us know she is not pleased by moping around for a few minutes. That’s probably an eternity in her mind (assuming she has one)…
If our experience at PADDD was a simple as that, meaning we drop her off, she plays all day, and we pick her up, with an occasional grooming, we would be extremely satisfied. However, it’s not that black and white. On top of the basic services of playing and grooming, we feel like you’ve been very supportive by working on solutions with us for various behavior, dietary and health concerns. Not to mention the love and attention she receives on those rare occasions we need overnight care. You’ve created a very personalized approach in your business model and we love it. The support and care you’ve provided is truly appreciated.
We feel blessed to have your support and can’t imagine life without it.
Gratefully, Dave, Donna and “White Maggie”
